Job summary

ST Venture Employment Agency in Singapore invites a Diploma or Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our ELV and Electrical Engineering team. You will prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for ELV projects, review specs, and assess on-site resource needs.

You’ll draft technical and commercial proposals, participate in tender briefings, and coordinate with project teams. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related tools is expected, with strong cost control and contract

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in telecommunications, ELV, or M&E projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications, tender documents.
• Knowledge of tendering processes, cost control, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for ELV projects, including power and fiber cable installation, structured cabling, and CCTV systems.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and Scope of Work (SOW) to ensure accurate costing.
• Assess material, labor, and on-site resource requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for projects, tender submissions.
• Participate in tender briefings and coordinate with project teams.
• Draft drawings base on site requirement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for ELV projects, including power and fiber cable installation, structured cabling, and CCTV systems.

What We’re Looking For:

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD.

Experience with MS Project and Bluebeam is a plus.
