Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to manage cost control for electrical works from pre-contract to post-contract stages.

You will handle cost estimation, procurement, and liaison with clients and subcontractors on commercial matters. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in QS or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical or M&E projects, and is proficient with MS Office and reading electrical drawings

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in electrical or M&E construction.
• Experience with variation orders, progress claims, and contract administration.
• Able to read electrical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Handle quantity surveying duties for electrical works from pre-contract to post-contract stage.
• Prepare cost estimation, tendering, budgeting and procurement for electrical projects.
• Monitor project costs, variation orders, progress claims and final accounts.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for electrical works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
• Prepare monthly claims, cost reports and project documentation.

Project Site: ICA (Lavander MRT)

$3500 to $4200
Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience in electrical or M&E construction projects.
• Familiar with variation orders, progress claims and contract administration.
• Able to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in retrofitting or A&A projects will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
