Job summary

Cheong Fong Construction Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement professional to oversee project cost estimation, budgeting, and supplier relations to ensure timely material delivery in Singapore.

You will prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities, manage progress claims and payments, and monitor expenses against budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities. Proficiency with Excel and QS software is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying and purchasing within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong negotiation skills demonstrated through supplier and subcontractor agreements.
• Attention to detail in managing contracts and procurement documentation.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proactive team player attitude with flexibility to handle ad-hoc assignments beyond standard scope.

About the role
