Job summary

HUP SOON PILING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is recruiting a Contract Administrator/Quantity Surveyor who will manage contract administration and tender processes to support cost planning, control, and certification of completed works.

You will collaborate with project teams to prepare tender documents, perform quantity take-offs, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure budget adherence through project lifecycle. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with proficiency in CAD, BIM, and MS Office

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

• Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and MS Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre-contract and post-contract activities to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.
• Evaluate tender submissions by analysing costing and preparing comprehensive tender documents.
• Plan and control project costs to maintain budget adherence throughout project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and staff to assess and certify completed works for payment processing.
• Perform quantity take-offs to support accurate tendering and project estimation.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost comparisons, and tender documents by sourcing, compiling, evaluating, and negotiating prices with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Follow up on payment certificates and coordinate payment collection with clients.
• Utilize CAD software, BIM, and MS Office to support quantity surveying and documentation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre-contract and post-contract activities to ensure compliance and smooth project execution
