Job summary

ONE PLUS ONE HUMAN RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimations, tender preparation, and contract administration in construction projects.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering with at least 1 year of QS experience, strong Excel and AutoCAD skills, and a proactive, team-focused attitude to meet tight deadlines, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure timely tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering is required.
• Minimum 1 year of QS experience in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tabulate quantities, estimate costs and request for quotations.
• Update contract documents, drawings and correspondences.
• Submit progress claims and site valuations.
• Prepare Variation Orders for submission.
• Liaise with subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure timely completion of tender assignments.
