Job summary

ONE PLUS ONE HUMAN RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering and a minimum of 3 years QS experience.

The role involves tabulating quantities, cost estimation, and preparing tender documents, along with progress claims and site valuations. You will liaise with subcontractors and clients, prepare Variation Orders, and ensure timely completion of assigned tenders while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of QS experience.
• Computer skills – Excel, Word, AutoCAD, etc.

Responsibilities

• Tabulate quantities, estimate cost and request for quotation.
• Submission of progress claims and site valuations.
• Preparation of Variation Order for submission.
• Liaise with subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tender.
