Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a diligent Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years of construction experience to manage cost plans from tender through post-contract stages.

You will develop detailed cost plans, monitor budgets, assess subcontractor claims and negotiate terms with clients to keep projects financially on track. Facade experience is a plus; strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in construction
• Facade experience is highly advantageous
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Hard working and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed cost plan for tendering projects, estimating materials, labour, equipment, overheads and contingencies
• Be involved in tendering process, prepare and submit tender documents
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact cost, quality or schedule
• Monitor costs and ensure project delivery within budget
• Manage variations and subcontractor progress claims, issue payment certificates
