Job summary

Fuku in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to assist in cost estimation, quotations and tender preparation for projects.

You will review progress claims, monitor costs, and support contract administration while coordinating with clients, consultants and suppliers. The role requires at least 1 year of experience and a degree in QS or related field; A&A project experience is preferred, with main contractor exposure valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field as stated.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• A&A project experience is required.
• Main Contractor experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of contracts, costing, and measurement.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations, and tenders.
• Prepare and submit progress claims.
• Handle variation orders and cost evaluation.
• Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims.
• Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records.
• Assist with contract administration and commercial matters.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Carry out other QS-related duties as required.
