Job summary

BRADY ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. invites applications for a cost estimator / project controller to prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects in Singapore. You will collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure alignment and track expenses.

You will analyze tender submissions, monitor financial performance, submit progress reports with forecasts and variances, negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze tender submissions.
• Monitor project expenses and track financial performance.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier and subcontractor relationships.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, including cost forecasts and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
