Job summary

CTM FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimates and budgets for assigned projects. You will handle contractual and financial aspects, conduct risk and value management, and oversee cost control from tender through final accounts.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree recognised by the Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers and at least 2 years of quantity surveying experience. This is a full-time, on-site role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in recognised by Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in quantity surveying.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for assigned projects.
• Manage all contractual and financial aspects of projects.
• Conduct risk, value management, and cost control.
• Perform cost analysis, procurement strategy, and cost planning.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and suppliers.
• Assess and certify progress claims and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
