• Justify estimates in subcontractors' quotations and variation orders to support budget accuracy.
• Perform cost planning, estimation, and measurement to control project expenses.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all cost submissions for project transparency.
• Prepare progress reports and submit progress claims to clients to track project financial status.
• Conduct tender estimation and submission to secure project contracts.
• Identify and resolve settlement issues with consultants to maintain project progress.

Education
