Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for islandwide placement in Singapore.

The role involves preparing cost estimates, budgets, and billings, while managing contracts and tender processes. You will monitor costs, generate regular reports, and ensure projects stay within budget. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/DT in Quantity Surveying with 1–2 years of construction experience, and familiarity with civil works will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of construction experience preferred.
• Experience in civil works such as road works, earthworks, drainage is a plus.

Position Title: Quantity Surveyor

Working Location: Islandwide

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM, Saturday half day)

Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements
• Manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
• Coordinate and evaluate tender submissions, obtain quotations, and prepare tender documents for projects
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide regular cost reports to ensure projects remain within budget
• Prepare and process interim valuations, progress claims, and manage payments to subcontractors and suppliers
• Measure quantities and prepare bills of quantities, schedules, and other required documentation
• Compile and present regular cost, progress, and financial reports as required by management.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or any equivalent discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of construction experience is preferred
• Experience of civil engineering works such as road works, earthworks, drainage works are an added advantage
