The role involves joint site measurements with clients, verification of subcontractor claims, and tender quantity take-offs. The ideal candidate will prepare material reconciliation, liaise with client contract teams, and support project/ site managers with contractual matters including method statements and risk

Responsibilities

• Preparation and Submission of Interim and Final claims for client approvals.
• Preparation and Submission of cost estimate for variation works.
• Carry out Site visits for Joint measurement with clients for variation works.
• Evaluation, verification and certification of sub contractor’s claims.
• Quantities take off as per standards and preparation of estimate for tenders.
• Preparation of material Reconciliation statements.
• Evaluation of Rates and issuance of Purchase order for Bulk material procurements.
• Liaison with client’s contract team and attend meetings for the payment related issues.
• Assist the Project /site manager with contractual matters.
• Support the site team in Preparation of method statement and Risk assessment.
