Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Diploma/Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor to support tender preparation, cost estimation, and price comparisons for upcoming projects. You should have the ability to source quotations and engage with suppliers and sub-contractors to secure favorable terms.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in the construction industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost estimation and tender preparation including costing summaries and price comparisons.
• Prepare and analyze cost comparisons alongside the Senior QS, and source quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Manage measurements, progress payment claims, variation orders (VOs), final accounts, and sub-contractor payments while certifying progress work.
• Handle contract administration for variations across both main and subcontract works while maintaining a meticulous and analytical approach to meet deadlines.
