Job summary

ONE SMART Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support tendering, contract administration and financial controls across construction projects. The role focuses on accurate cost estimation, subcontractor coordination, and timely financial reporting.

You will prepare quotations, compile tender documents, negotiate contracts, and manage progress claims and payment collections, all while ensuring compliance with local construction practices and company standards.
