Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) for a Singapore client.

You will handle cost estimation, procurement, and post-contract cost control for electrical works, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in electrical or M&E construction projects.
• Able to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in retrofitting or A&A projects will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle quantity surveying duties for electrical works from pre-contract to post-contract stage.
• Prepare cost estimation, tendering, budgeting and procurement for electrical projects.
• Monitor project costs, variation orders, progress claims and final accounts.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for electrical works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
• Prepare monthly claims, cost reports and project documentation.
