Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Survey professional for a full-time on-site role at Tai Seng, Singapore. Salary ranges from $3000 to $3200 per month, plus variable bonus. Working hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered for the position. The role involves tender documentation, cost planning, project administration, and certification of subcontractors’ progress claims.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Survey / Building / Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender documents, cost planning, budget estimates, taking off and progress claims.
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions.
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress claims.
• Highly self-motivated , good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Independent and able to meet tight deadlines.
