Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in quantity surveying for façade or curtain wall projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, costing, and contract administration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Review construction drawings and prepare quantity estimates.
• Check material costs, maintenance costs, and contract terms to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare reports, contracts, budgets, and other project-related documents.
• Provide advice to managers and clients on cost planning and improvement suggestions.
• Monitor material usage and arrange replenishment when needed.
• Record any design changes and update cost estimates and budgets accordingly.
• Maintain good working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Travel between office and project sites when required.

Job Description

Industry/ Organization Type: Construction (Façade & Curtain Wall)

Position Title: Quantity Surveyor

Working Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am - 1.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings and prepare quantity estimates
• Check material costs, maintenance costs, and contract terms to ensure cost effectiveness
• Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Prepare reports, contracts, budgets, and other project-related documents
