Job summary

Velocity Stone Pte. Ltd., Singapore, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, tender analysis, and cost control across multiple projects.

You should hold a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, handling progress payments and variations, assisting scheduling, attending site meetings, and other QS duties; 5.5 days work

• Strong written and verbal communication.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate tenders received, prepare cost estimate, analyze cost comparison

2. Prepare quotations for clients as directed

3. Review specifications & drawings to determine the scope of work and costing structures

4. Handle progress payment claim, variation, and final account

5. Assist on project scheduling

6. Attend project/site meeting and inspection for work progress

7. Any other QS related job

Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

2. Able to handle multiple projects at any time

3. Good oral and written communication skills

4. Team player with initiative and high sense of responsibility to complete work on time

5. Knowledge in Microsoft Office etc.

6. Candidate must be able to work independently with minimum supervision

7. 5.5 days’ work week
