Job summary

MINISTRY OF RECRUITERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to measure and prepare tender documentation, negotiate with contractors, and perform cost estimation for timely project delivery.

You will handle contractual issues, tender submissions, vendor claims, and finalise accounts with clients and suppliers, while applying best practices in quantity surveying and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2-4 years experience in this position in main-contractor.
• Able to start immediately.
• Strong familiarity with quantity surveying and best practices.
• Resourceful, Outspoken and Good Negotiator, Initiative, Communicator.
• Able to work in team work, independently and self-motivated.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process vendors' claims
• Prepare monthly progress claims in a timely manner
• Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 2- 4 years experience in this position in main-contractor
• Prefer candidates who can start to work immediately
• Strong familiarity with quantity surveying and best practices
• Resourceful, Outspoken and Good Negotiator, Initiative, Communicator
• Able to work in team work, independently and self-motivated
