Job summary

ELETEX ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE. LTD. requires a capable Quantity Surveyor to manage take-offs, quantify variations, and prepare progress claims. The role includes site visits and close coordination with project teams to meet deadlines.

You will prepare quotations, assist accounts with staff payroll, and ensure accurate cost reporting while maintaining quality and safety standards on site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Minimum of 3 years QS experience.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and CAD measurement.
• Great networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take out quantities from drawings.
• Calculate quantities for subcontractor’s claims.
