Job summary

LWC ALLIANCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to evaluate tenders, manage contracts, and prepare costings. The role involves tender submissions, variation claims, and cost analysis across projects.

You will coordinate with consultants and suppliers, prepare budgets, and support procurement strategy while leveraging MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Possess at least a diploma or degree in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and Revit knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for evaluating tenders, costs, managing contracts and advising on contractual matters.
• Prepare tender submissions and tender documentation / drawings.
• Prepare and submit variations and cost claims.
• Identify variation orders and submit accurate cost implications, spreadsheets and sub-contract documents and conditions.
• Explore and implement innovative solutions and best practices on procurement, contract strategy and related function.
• Project budgeting and costing reports.
• Correspondence between all consultants / sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Assist Senior Manager in QS-related tasks including liaison with sub-contractors / suppliers, measurement of quantities, cost analysis.
