Job summary

UES HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor with 3 years’ experience to liaise with construction team, prepare RFQ/open tender documents, and manage sub-contract administration.

You will source tenderers, coordinate RFQ clarifications, assist QS/contracts teams, handle subcontract payments, and support post-tender interviews.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Survey, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical, or a related field.
• 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying and sub-contract administration of Construction Project
• Possess the relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Contract/Construction Law.
• Experience with large-scale process related construction project is preferable
