KINGSFORD PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will manage cost estimates, budgets, claims, variations and final accounts with accuracy.

We value candidates with at least 4 years of QS experience in a main contractor setting, strong contractual knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office. Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of QS experience in construction, preferably main contractor.
• Familiar with contract administration, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts and commercial practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and evaluate project cost estimates, budgets, and cost reports.

• Prepare subcontract documents, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures are within the approved budget.
• Verify subcontractors' and suppliers' claims and process payment recommendations.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to contracts and project costs.
• Perform other quantity surveying duties as assigned.
