Job summary

FK HUMAN RESOURCES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Controller to support project costing, tender preparation, and budget control. You will liaise with contractors, clients, and suppliers, review variation works, and assist with progress claims and cost control to ensure projects stay within budget.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in cost control or quantity take-off, with strong MS Office and AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in cost control or quantity surveying.
• Proficient in quantity take-off, cost control and contract administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , with flixibility to work extended hours when required.
