Job summary

BCM CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 2 years of related experience to join our Singapore team.

The role involves understanding client requirements, feasibility studies, cost planning, tendering, and post-contract cost control. You will liaise with clients, architects and other consultants to deliver comprehensive cost management across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Work in Consultancy firms preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand client's requirements and feasibility studies
• Prepare pre-contract cost estimates, cost plans, budgets and cash-flow
• Prepare tender documents and compile contract documents
• Tendering process and tender evaluation
• Provide cost information and value engineering; post-contract administration
• Valuation of progress payments, variations, cost control and financial reports
• Attend onsite meetings and liaise with clients, architects and other consultants
• Finalize the final account of projects
• Represent the company professionally to clients
• Contribute to team and project performance through collaboration
