FOURWAY ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze blueprints and technical documents to prepare for cost estimation and ensure quotations are delivered on time.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Interested candidates should submit a detailed resume.

• Good knowledge of computer software like Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze blueprints and technical documents for quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Communicate and coordinate between departments and vendors for tender clarifications.
• Check and review quotations and illustrations before submission.
• Maintain and update components price and catalogues.
• Meet clients for tender clarifications if required.
• Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly manner.
• Make recommendations and report on non-conformance of work policy.
• Avoid and report undesirable deals and transactions regarding quotations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Fourway Engineering Pte Ltd is an ISO certified company which specialized in the design and manufacturing of Electrical Switchboard, Smart Panel, ACMV Panel, LCP and all types of customized empty metal enclosures.

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Analyze blueprints and technical documents to prepare for quantity take‑off and cost estimation (includes materials cost and labour estimates), to ensure quotation is delivered on schedule and within scope.
2. Communicate and coordinate between departments, clients for tender clarifications and vendor for parts information.
3. Check and review quotation and illustrations before submission; to ensure accurate BQ and compliance.
4. Maintain and update components price and catalogues.
5. Meet up with clients for tender clarifications, if required.
6. Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner.
7. Making recommendations and report to department Manager on any non‑conformance of work policy as and when necessary.
8. All foul and undesirable deals and transactions associated with quotation must be avoided and reported to the HOD without hesitation.
9. Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
