Job summary

DEBENHO PTE LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to evaluate tenders and costs, manage contracts, and advise project teams in contractual matters. You will liaise with consultants, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payment.

Responsibilities include measurement, valuation, negotiation and agreement with Contractors/Sub-Contractors on contract variations and monthly progress claims.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying from recognized universities or polytechnics.
• AutoCAD knowledge.
