in Singapore is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, prepare BQ, tender documents, and project budgets, and to monitor costs across the lifecycle of complex projects in the semiconductor piping sector. You will review drawings, evaluate quotations, negotiate terms, assist in variation orders, and contribute to accurate cost records while collaborating with project teams and contractors to optimise value and ensure contractual

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related Engineering discipline
• Good knowledge of construction costing, estimation, and contract administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant working experience, particularly in piping works within the semiconductor industry, is an added advantage
