Job summary

TOPZONE E&C PTE LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support tender preparation, measure quantities for cost planning, prepare quotations, and liaise with internal departments and client representatives on progress claims, variations, and final accounts. Attend site meetings as required.

Candidates should have a Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years' construction experience, be computer literate, independent, proactive and a team player. This on-site role is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Must be computer literate.
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation.
• Perform measurement/taking off quantities for cost planning.
• Preparing quotations.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
