Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a mid-level Quantity Surveyor to support cost control, budgeting, and contract administration on multiple projects. You will liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure contractual compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in a related field, has 3–4 years of experience in engineering or construction, and brings strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in the engineering or construction industry.
• Basic understanding of construction industry practices and contractual matters.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Well-organised, systematic, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
