CSC LAND GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to support cost control and contract administration on building projects in Singapore. You will prepare cost comparisons and manage quotation processes with suppliers.

You will also measure quantities, prepare variation orders, final accounts, settlements and sub-contractor payments, while maintaining strong negotiation and analytical skills. Fresh graduates are welcome with internship experience in building projects.

Formación

• Must have degree in Building Construction Management or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates accepted with relevant internship experience.
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders.
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with good problem-solving skills, proactive and a team player.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze cost comparison.
• Obtain quotations, liaise with and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
• All other QS related job.

Requirements:

• PEB/BOA/RE Degree / Diploma in Building Construction Management or its equivalent
• Fresh Graduates are accepted, relevant internship experience with building projects will be an advantage
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
