Job summary

UNION BUILDERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage cost and contracts on construction projects. You will allocate work, negotiate costs, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The role demands at least 2 years of QS experience, strong ownership, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. On-site work hours are Monday to Friday, with additional Saturday mornings as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS).
