Job summary

JIA YONG CONSTRUCTION & ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to tabulate quantities, estimate costs and manage tender processes for residential projects in Singapore.

You will liaise with subcontractors and clients, update contract documents and drawings, and handle final accounts. Working knowledge of VO/ALS/EOT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential housing preferred, with final account work.
• Proficient in MS Office and other measurement software.
• Ability to liaise with consultants, subcontractors and clients.
• Familiar with VOs, ALS, EOT and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Tabulate quantities, estimate cost and request for quotation.
• General contract administration and measurement works.
• Liaise with subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tender.
• Update contract documents, drawings and correspondences.
• Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned.
• Experience with final accounts is a plus.
