Job summary

CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join its main-construction team in Singapore.

The role focuses on cost comparison, quotations, and subcontractor payments, requiring strong analytical ability and a solid understanding of procurement processes. The ideal candidate has a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying with at least two years of relevant experience and proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• 2+ years of experience as QS in main-con companies.
• Familiarity with cost estimating software and project management tools.
• Proven ability in contract negotiation and variation orders.
• Independent, meticulous, analytical, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost comparison.
• Obtain quotations, liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Measure quantities and take-offs.
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
• Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and quantity takeoff techniques.
• Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Analytical skills to evaluate and manage project costs effectively.

Requirements

• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
• 5 days work week in A1 company
