• Request quotations from vendors and prepare subcontract agreements or purchase orders.
• Handle progress claims, progress payments, VO & finalization of accounts.
• Provide cost and financial advice and contractual support through pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages.
• Travel to worksites as required.
• Assist procurement of subcontractors and suppliers of specified materials.
• Assist Project Manager in contractual and costing matters.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

1. 1. Quantity take-off and generation of Schedule of Quantity
2. 2. Request for quotation from vendor and preparation of subcontract agreement and / or purchase order.
3. 3. Handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
4. 4. To work closely with the Project Team providing cost and financial advice as well as contractual support and advice during pre-construction, construction and post construction stage.
5. 5. As and when required, you could also travel to and visit work site
6. 6. Assist in the procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers of specified materials
7. 7. Assist Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters
8. 8. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
