Job summary

ACRE WORKS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage sub contracts, budgeting, cost control, progress claims and procurement activities.

You will prepare payment claims, work orders, LOAs and supply agreements, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth end-to-end processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying and has at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Excel skills and a proven

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Equivalent from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 3 years working experience as Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties on administration of Sub Contracts, budgeting, cost control, Progress Claim, Taking-Off, material requisition and handling contractual matters.
• Able to track the budget vs expenditure, reporting to management.
• Source Quotation for Material procurement, Hardware, Issuance of Purchase Order (PO) and interim payment preparation to suppliers.
• Prepare Work order, LOA and Supply Agreement, work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, logistics partners, warehouse, to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics flow.
• Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly.
• Initiate, maintain & update of QEOHS related documentations.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
