Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor/Contracts professional to manage end-to-end tendering for commercial and interior fit-out projects in Singapore. You will handle measurements, quotations, pricing, and documentation, while coordinating with vendors and clients.

The role requires strong analytical skills and excellent English communication to ensure profitability and smooth project execution from award through final accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in QS or contracts/tender work.
• Experience in commercial and interior fit-out projects is preferred.

Jobs Description / Requirement

• Manage the tendering process, including measurement, sourcing quotations, and quantities take-off.
• Be familiar with various tendering platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, GeBiz, Sesami, Tenderboard, and VendorCafe.
• Analyze, understand, and interpret the requirements for tender submissions.
• Prepare and arrange all necessary documentation for tender submissions.
• Source materials and vendors, handle interim progress claims, and manage variations in subcontractor claims and orders.
• Expand the supplier network to enhance competitive pricing strategies beyond existing vendors and subcontractors.
• Oversee projects from contract award to completion, including managing final accounts and subcontracting, while attending site meetings and addressing client requests and feedback.

Requirement

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management / Business Development or relevant/related industry qualification.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in QS or Contracts / Tender field in Commercial and Interior Fit-out Projects.
• Proficiently manage the entire tendering process, from obtaining quotes to preparing documents and pricing competitively to secure projects.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy with minimal risk of errors in numerical and cost-related tasks.
• Capable of effectively managing project costs to ensure profitability while maintaining professional communication in English with clients and stakeholders.
