Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for competitive pricing.
• Identify and assess risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Suggest value engineering options to optimise project costs while maintaining quality.
• Analyse competitor bids and market pricing trends for competitiveness.

As a Tender Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates and tender documents for construction projects. You will play a critical role in securing new projects by ensuring that our bids are competitive, accurate, and aligned with our client's needs.

Key Responsibilities
