Job summary

HUA RONG ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a cost-focused professional to provide project cost guidance and control, ensuring budgets are met and drawings meet standards.

You will prepare bills of quantities, assist in contract management, and analyze designs for optimal recommendations. The role requires Mandarin fluency for coordinating with a Chinese client and project team, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications required.
• Mandarin speaking and written is essential to coordinate with Chinese client and project team.
• Applicants with more than one year of experience will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Provide project cost guidance and control to ensure the project is completed within budget.
• Prepare the bill of quantities and participate in project contract management.
• Analyse design drawings and specifications and make optimal suggestions.
• Coordinate and work with project teams, vendors and contractors to ensure project quality and drawings are up to standards.
• Demonstrate communication skills, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
