Ker Huat Metal Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (Aluminium Facade & Glazing) to join our Woodlands-based team. This full-time position focuses on cost estimation, contract administration, and budget control for facade projects.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and at least two years of experience in aluminium facade projects. Strong numeracy, analytical, and communications skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.
• Proficient in QS software and digital tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Team player with ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with local Singapore regulations.

Ker Huat Metal Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented and experienced (Aluminium Facade & Glazing) Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a full-time employee, you will be based in the Woodlands South North Region, playing a crucial role in our Construction - Project Management operations.
