Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Administer all contract-related activities to ensure compliance and accuracy throughout project lifecycle.
  • Prepare project plans, contracts, budgets, and related documentation to support project execution.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates to inform contract administration and tender processes.
  • Prepare and manage documents for sourcing quotations during pre- and post-tender stages.
  • Evaluate tenders and conduct negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Department to ensure timely procurement of materials aligned with project schedules.
  • Monitor and track project expenses to optimize profitability and financial performance.
  • Attend progress, technical, and material submission meetings to capture variation claims, potential changes, and time implications.
  • Prepare and submit claims, variation orders, budgets, and cost control reports to facilitate settlement of final accounts.
  • Ensure timely closure of all main contract and subcontract final accounts to complete project financials.
  • Conduct risk analysis evaluations to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Perform feasibility studies to assess project viability and inform decision-making.
  • Execute any other ad hoc duties as required to support project and organizational objectives

Required competencies and certifications
