Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building, QS, or Civil Engineering required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the construction sector.
• Strong planning, communication, organization and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle progress claims, payments, and finalization of accounts.
• Monitor site progress and attend site meetings.
• Source, liaise and negotiate with suppliers and vendors on quotations and requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with main/ sub-contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Prepare project budgeting, costing reports, and financial forecasts.
• Oversee tender and contract document administration.
• Handle other assigned duties or related job as required.

• Handle progress claims, progress payment & finalization of accounts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Construction Sector.
• Possess strong planning, , communication, organization and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Knowledge in computer software such as MS Words, AutoCad, MS Excel, etc
• Able to work in fast-paced environment, Processes good working attitude.
