Job summary

ANTAI CIVIL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to manage site activities, handle progress claims, and coordinate with contractors and vendors. You will participate in site meetings, verify works, and ensure smooth project progression.

The role requires a diploma/degree in Building, QS, or Civil Engineering, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and BIM being advantageous. A fast-paced environment and strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD; BIM knowledge is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a good working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle progress claims, progress payments and finalization of accounts.
• Monitor site progress and attend site meetings.
• Source/liaise/ negotiate with suppliers & vendors on quotations & requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with main contractors, sub-contractors, vendors and clients.
• Submit samples and conduct site verification of works.
• Coordinate works and other assigned duties.
