Job summary

YOLI ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to review construction plans, prepare quantity requirements, and monitor material costs and contracts to secure the best deals. You will liaise with site managers, clients, contractors and subcontractors to prepare reports, budgets, and risk analyses.

The role requires a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to plan, organize and network effectively within a

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or similar.
• Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Sound knowledge of construction.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategizes
• Great networking abilities.
