Jacobs Singapore is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to join the Cities and Places team on a Defence project. You will provide contract administration, progress claim assessment, and cost control alongside a team of QS professionals and the Contracts Manager.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree in quantity surveying, at least five years of relevant experience on greenfield or defence projects, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit.

Our Cities and Places Business is currently hiring a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to work on a Defence Project in Singapore. The role is based at Jacobs Singapore Office (Gateway Bugis).
The QS will provide the contract administration of a classified Defense project. The QS will report to the Project Manager and assist him for the assigned project. The QS will be part of a larger team of QS /QS/AQS with a functional reporting line to the Contracts Manager for the entire project.
The QS will work closely with the Project Manager in Jacobs, The Client, and with 3rd Parties and be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with all the parties. The QS will also work closely with all other resident site staff in the construction team in ensuring timely issuance and accuracy of progress payments.
This role is open for Singaporean national only given the project clearance requirement.
