SING TATT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore. Your role will involve tracking design changes, forecasting costs, and managing procurement responsibilities, including preparing tender documents.

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent. You'll also be responsible for certifying progress work, evaluating contracts, and preparing monthly progress claims in a timely manner.

• Price/ forecast the cost of different materials required for the project
• Procurement responsibilities including preparing tender document or calling for quotation for subcontract packages including evaluation through cost comparison as well as recommendation of awards
