Job summary

Holden Tiling & Construction PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support landed residential projects, handling pre- and post-contract administration and cost reporting.

You will assist with tender evaluation, prepare tender documents, and perform cost planning, liaising with the Project Manager to valuate and certify works and arrange payments.

The role requires proficiency in CAD software/BIM and MS Office, and a Professional Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Proficient in CAD software / BIM and MS Office.
• Experience in landed residential properties projects preferred.

Responsibilities
