Job summary

DELUGE FIRE PROTECTION (S.E.A.) PTE LTD is seeking a detail‑oriented Quantity Surveying/Construction Management professional in Singapore. The role focuses on tender reporting, BQ collation for multi-building fire service scopes, and pricing coordination for bulk material orders.

You will collate new and existing tender BQ, liaise with purchasing on price stability, and assist with ERP project references and handovers to PIC.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in QS, construction management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• LTA project experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and other measurement software.
• Singaporean & Permanent Resident only.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly tender reports including tender summary lists and weekly tender lists with submission dates.
• Collate tender BQ and formulate building-level data for bulk material orders.
• Obtain equipment prices for tanks, pumps, valves, sprinklers, hydrants, and related items on projects.
• Coordinate with purchasing on pricing and negotiate for next 6 months on commonly bought materials.
• Assist in handover of projects to PIC.
• Assist to provide new project references in ERP system.

Responsibilities

• To provide the usual tender reports - Monthly tender summary list, weekly tender list including submission date, LTA/Commercial tracking list, Tender succession in term of number and value over total monthly tendered - etc..
• To collate all tender BQ (New and existing) and formulate into levels of the building with different fire services in preparation for bulk order of material and equipment.
• To obtain equipment prices on tank, pumps, control valves, sprinkler heads, valves, hydrants, HR, FE, EST ....etc on project tender.
• To liaise wih purchasing on the usual price bought for equipment/material on projects and to determine is it worthwhile to negotiate with supplers to fix prices for the next 6 months on the usual bought material.
• To assist in project handover to PIC.
• To assist to provide new project references in ERP system.
• To assist to determine and collate all sources of enquiries of tenders.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in construction industry.
• Candidates with LTA project experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and other Measurement Software.
• Meticulous and details oriented.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Show independency ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize tasks.
• Singaporean & Permanent Resident only.
