Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 2–3+ years of experience as QS in main-con builders.
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration and variations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost comparisons.
• Obtain quotations, liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Measure quantities and perform take-offs.
• Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts and subcontractor payments.
• Carry out all other QS-related duties.

Job Requirements

• Preferable experiences in large-scale Condominium/HDB projects.
• Able to work independently, bemeticulous, analytical withexcellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able tomeet tight deadlines
